Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

GoonersChat is an adults-only service. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to access it. By using GoonersChat you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have completed age verification.

2. Adult content

GoonersChat generates fictional, AI-generated adult content for personal entertainment. All characters are fictional. You agree not to generate, request, or attempt to elicit content depicting minors, non-consensual acts involving real people, or any content prohibited by law.

3. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You may not share your account or use GoonersChat to violate the rights of others.

4. Acceptable use

• No illegal content of any kind.
• No content involving real, identifiable individuals without consent.
• No attempts to bypass safety, rate limits, or billing.
• No automated scraping or resale of the service.

5. Credits & billing

Paid plans and credit packs are billed through Stripe. Credits are consumed per message based on the selected model. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled via the billing portal. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

6. Connected devices

Lovense device integration is provided as-is. You are solely responsible for the safe use of any connected device. Use the emergency stop control at any time to halt activity.

7. Disclaimer & liability

GoonersChat is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
