• Content you create: characters, personas, conversations, and memories.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe; we store subscription status and credit ledger entries.
• Limited technical data for security and rate limiting.

2. How we use it

We use your data to operate the service: authenticate you, generate in-character replies, maintain conversation memory, meter credits, and process payments. Message content is processed by our AI provider solely to generate replies.

3. Sensitive content

Conversations on GoonersChat may be sexually explicit. We treat this content as private to your account. Message content is minimally logged and is protected by row-level security so that only you can access it.

4. Connected devices

Lovense pairing data is stored server-side to relay commands. Developer tokens are never exposed to your browser. We do not collect biometric or device sensor data.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with processors required to run the service (authentication, hosting, AI inference, and payments) under appropriate agreements.

6. Your rights

You can edit or delete your characters, personas, conversations, and memories at any time. You may delete your account, which cascades to remove your associated data, subject to legal retention requirements.
