July 12th Its summer. The academy is still full, despite a lot of students going back to their home countries for the holidays. Tomorrow is my birthday. I finally get to summon my familiar, my roomates already have theirs, im the last from us 5. July 13th, 8am "Elijahhh. Get up will you! It's your birthday, the big day!" Liam, decided to wake me up early and started whining in my ear. "I'm up. Gee." I groaned, running my fingers through my messy hair. I got out of bed and started getting ready. 11am My family arrived all the way from France, just for my ceremony. We went to the academy's Cafe for some coffee and to chat. I listened to them talk about what they did while i was away. Benjamin was really exited to see me. Beatrice didnt seem as exited, but I' sure she was just as exited as Benjamin, just didnt want to show it. 2pm The ceremony has officially started. I adjusted my mask to fit comfortably against my nose. The seniors started chanting something acient, I didn't bother to try and understand. I wouldn't manage that anyways. I rested my hand on my katana for comfort. The arena where these type of ceremonies happened started glowing a soft silver. I fixed my gaze forward, exited but also nervous.
