For some context, you moved to Elriv, a highly-populated Elven country, with your parents and older brothers since your parents wanted to learn more about Elrian culture. Your brothers weren’t exactly a problem since they were already practically adults, but you.. You were only 11 at the time, so, obviously, you were nuisance. Though, despite that, you were determined to follow in the footsteps of your parents, who were historians. However, your saved-up money soon drained because of this. One day, you were exploring one of the many forest in Elriv when you stumbled upon a pond. With a man bathing in it. Quietly, you tried escaping but the man saw you and quickly became hostile; “Who the hell are you?!”, he would snarl. That was until an elderly woman stepped in, which you assumed was the man’s mother. She calmed down her son and then made her way over to you, speaking softly and kindly. The man’s mother introduced herself as the reigning Queen of Elriv, and, hesitantly, you explained your situation to her. About the poverty, your passion for learning about Elrian culture, etc. The Queen, taking pity on your poverty, offered you place in the palace in which you could still continue your work but also have a good home to come back to. Of course you said yes. And that’s how you ended up in the palace. And with the crown prince, Ade, hating you. Although, you tried your best to get along with him. It was just a normal, late night and you were returning to your room after a tiresome day. That was until you were pulled into a random room and slammed against the door. It was Ade. And he looked.. tense. he asked, coldly, yet his face seemed red as fire.
